Obama: Tax BREAKS For Middle Income Americans

Senator Obama plans to give 95% of all families a tax cut of $1,000.00 and not raise taxes by a single dime for those making under $250,000. The reason so many families are hurting today is because we’ve had eight years of failed Bush policies that Senator McCain wants to continue for another four years.

The ad below is smart and effective and I hope we see more of these types of ads! PLEASE pass this on!

Paulette, Did you see this article? Is this why it was critical to invade Iraq in March 2003? Looks like the Iraqi government just gave Bush/Cheney the finger. HA!

  4. George Bush has been a colossal failure in everything he has touched – baseball, oil; do you remember the Savings and Loan scandal? What is important to note about the S&L scandal is that it was the LARGEST theft in the history of the world and U.S. tax payers were the robbed – American tax payer were the victims. And again the Bush family was responsible.

He ‘tried’ to steal Iraq’s oil by killing Saddam Hussein. He structurally destroyed Iraq’s infrastructure and any resemblance of government they had and figured he could capture their oil, sell it and use some of the funds to rebuild Iraq to a certain degree and still have lots of money left.
All Iraq’s treasures are gone. Their thousands of years of art treasures are gone and almost 100, 000 Iraqi people have been murdered.

Bush brokered a ‘friendship’ with China despite their profound inhumane treatment of its people in hopes of one day selling Iraq’s oil to China. And according to this article, China is going behind “friend Bush’s” back to make a deal with Iraq for oil which oilman Bush couldn’t secure despite having 5 years to harvest the oil.

So in effect America spent 5 years destroying Iraq and gaining nothing. Now we’re being kicked out (and we should definitely leave) and Iraq is going to start back their oil business which America couldn’t do.
George Bush and the rest of the Bush family are an enormous embarrassment to America. I don’t even think the American people realize just how much of a failure Bush has been.

  5. Paulette, you bring up the Savings and Loan debacle… the Keating 5 were involved with that and so was John McCain.

  6. Cats – exactly. when you add up the sum of all parts McCain is also an enabler. They all STOLE from US tax payers.

Americans have a short memory – John McCain is very shady he is a part of the corruption. I do not trust him to make decisions as President.

  7. The Tax Policy Center (TPC) has a great breakdown of both candidate’s tax plans:

It is interesting how they break it down from what information the McCain and Obama campaigns provided TPC, and what the two have been saying when out stumping.
